Attorney Leandro Pérez is a dedicated advocate who has spent his career fighting for justice.

 

Attorney Pérez’s commitment to his clients is unmatched, and his passion for the law is evident in every case he takes on. Attorney Pérez is a native of Pennsylvania and has lived in Florida since 2014. He is of Dominican heritage and is fluent in Spanish.

Attorney Pérez has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science Legal Studies, with a minor in creative writing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He received his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2018. At Florida Coastal School of Law, Attorney Pérez was a member of the Mock Trial Team and the Hispanic American Law Student Association.

After graduating from law school, Attorney Pérez worked at the Public Defender’s Office in Polk County, Florida, for 5 years. Attorney left the Public Defender's Office to advocate for indigent individuals had been charged with crimes at the Office of Regional Conflict Counsel in Polk County, Florida, for one year.

 

Attorney Pérez has zealously and aggressively represented clients in both misdemeanor and felony cases, including battery, DUI, DUI manslaughter, drug trafficking, burglary, armed robbery, and homicide.

A trial attorney at his core, Attorney Pérez is never afraid of taking a case to trial, having tried over 40 cases to verdict.
